This notice explains the information collected through the IgniInsights marketing website operated by IgniSparX. Business data processed inside a customer workspace is covered by the applicable service arrangements.
Information you provide
The demo form collects your name, business name, email, number of branches, optional phone number and optional message. We also record the originating CTA, consent version, request time and follow-up status. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or confidential business records.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to your request, arrange a demonstration and discuss relevant product or onboarding questions. Demo requests are stored in the platform database and can be reviewed by authorised platform administrators.
Technical information
The request endpoint uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abuse. Hosting infrastructure may maintain operational access logs. A receipt identifier is stored in your browser’s session storage to show the request confirmation. The site does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts by default.
Scheduling and external services
If a booking-calendar link is available, it opens an external scheduling service. Information you enter there is governed by that provider’s privacy notice. A calendar visit is separate from submitting the demo request.
Retention and your choices
Demo requests are retained for responding to and following up on your enquiry, subject to the operator’s retention process and applicable requirements. You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information, or ask us to stop contacting you.
