These terms describe the public IgniInsights website and demo-request process. Any paid service, deployment or customer workspace is subject to separately agreed commercial and service terms.
Product information and demonstrations
The website introduces available product workflows. Screenshots marked as sample data use fictional retail information. They illustrate the interface and are not customer results, performance guarantees or live access to a business database.
Availability and compatibility
Capabilities depend on deployment, configuration, connected sources and any required third-party services. Database compatibility, onboarding scope, pricing, support and service commitments are confirmed in your proposal or agreement.
Demo requests
Submitting the form asks the team to contact you about a demonstration. It does not create an account, purchase a subscription, confirm a meeting or require you to share database credentials. A meeting is confirmed separately.
Responsible use
Provide accurate contact information and use the website for legitimate product enquiries. Do not submit malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, or include credentials or confidential business data in the public form.
